FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. BOOKING

    Booking a ride with us is very quick and simple. You can do it via phone call, whatsapp, email, instagram or facebook. We recommend making a reservation at least a day or two before, or more if it is a longer tour or ride of high importance to ensure availability.

  2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

    You can pay in cash, card or direct deposit on bank account. All options are available. Keep in mind that some longer or more complicated tours may demand payment up front or 50-50 (50% before and 50% after the ride).

  3. CANCELLATION POLICY

    We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Don’t worry, there will be no cancellation fees.

  4. ADDITIONAL FEES

    All expenses like highway toll, parking fees & other costs are included in already agreed price. We do not charge extra the luggage of the passengers and the driver will help you load it into the vehicle.

  5. DAMAGES

    Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the car during their ride and there may be an additional fees for repair or cleaning.

  6. SMOKING IN CAR

    There is no smoking in car allowed as we want to keep the car in most perfect condition possible. Of course, we can always make a rest stops if you would like to recharge and refresh yourself, to stretch your legs, use a restroom, grab a smoke or a quick snack.

  7. PETS

    This is a pet friendly company so you should not worry about bringing your best friend with you. We believe your pets are clean and well behaved but keep in mind there may be an additional fee for repairs or cleaning if your pet cause one.

  8. CHILD SEAT OPTION

    We have modern isofix option available so you can easily attach your child seat. If you don’t have one with you, we will do best of ourselves to help you find another solution.

  9. WI-FI

    We offer free Wi-Fi as an additional service for our passengers to access the internet for enjoying the trip even more.
